Interview experience was highly unstructured and misleading.
I was interviewed for a Python developer role and had already completed the technical round earlier. After almost one month of no communication, HR suddenly contacted me again and fast-tracked the process, saying there was an urgent opening.
I was directly scheduled for a management round with the Director, asked to fill a detailed employment form, and my background details were verified by HR after the interview. Based on this, it clearly felt like I was being seriously considered.
However, after days of silence and only after I followed up, I received a generic rejection stating that my profile did not match their requirements. At the same time, the same role was reopened and advertised again.
The issue here is not rejection — that is part of the process. The concern is:
* interviewing candidates without a clearly defined role level
* involving senior management and collecting employment details without final clarity
* reviving old candidates after long gaps and then dropping them again
* lack of transparent communication and closure
This creates **false hope and unnecessary stress for candidates**.
Based on my experience and existing reviews, the hiring process appears **chaotic and poorly planned**. I would strongly advise candidates to clarify **role level, experience expectations, and decision timelines upfront** before investing time in the process.
