VAT IT interview questions

An external recruiter reached out over LinkedIn. After a few conversions, I had multiple chats with the CEO before being made an offer. The interviews were conversational and it was clear that cultural fit was a high priority for them.

Going through a recruiter who contacted me on linkedin and had initial conversations with him before having three phone interviews with the CEO directly, then went through HR for paperwork. Overall an incredibly smooth process compared to many other companies and one that gave me the confidence that this is a company where it is results over bureaucracy, which matches my current experience having started.
