4 main stages, long enough process. After the process started, I was kept on information.
1. Screening interview with an internal recruiter.
2. Mainly technical interview with the CTO and Head of software engineering
3. Interview on soft skill with two other C level people.
4. Team fit.

General questions on technical and soft skills, like:
- How would I solve this and that problem?
- How do I improve myself?
- Why did I want to change?
- I also got a real and actual problem. They said, they are interested in my approach and mindset.
