VDL Enabling Technologies Group Interview Questions

I interviewed with the hiring manager and technical product owner. They ask you technical questions on what if scenarios, and try to get your reaction to various work situations in detail. However when you ask questions about the project and/or the work in turn, they give little or no information, saying just high tech components . This raises question marks and creates a weird atmosphere as if they are hiding something that you will confront once you step in to the company.

fast recruitment process, it took two interviews and about one month from the application to the signing. Friendly atmosphere during the interview and the tasks for the future job were well explained and defined.

There were two interviews. One with the Purchasing Manager and one with the Supply Chain Director. I talked to the Purchasing Manager. The manager asked me questions how I would approach certain situations.

Very friendly and open application procedures. Current staff has a good understanding of how to ask questions and communicate with the applicant. E-mails are answered quickly and with the needed information to go forward.

That was a smooth one. I had a good time during interviews. I also had a chance to explain my experiences and what I want to do. In the end this has been a win win kind of interview process.
