My interview process was split into 3 stages, an online interview with the Head of HR to discuss the role, culture, and fit. A second stage online technical interview with direct line manager to go through role specific questions and past experience. A final stage in person interview with the CEO to discuss company values and past experience. The process was straightforward and interview purposes were clearly outlined prior to each stage. Overall it was a pleasant experience without any additional preparation or work required outside of that for normal interview discussions.
