Situation:
During a Microsoft Teams migration, several users were confused about new file-sharing permissions and security settings.
Task:
My goal was to simplify communication and minimize disruption during the rollout.
Action:
I created a short visual guide using screenshots, hosted a 20-minute training session, and introduced a simple Q&A channel in Teams for quick support.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at VMedia (Hyderābād) in Feb 2019
Interview
They have 3 interview rounds, the first round will be with HR, the second round will be with the Manager, and the last will have with the operations manager. All three interview rounds are about how you communicate with them in English.

The most worst experience I had. They will ask for assessment to do. And will say negative feedback without any reason. Please do not waste your time interviewing here. They will waste your 2-3 weeks with out any reason. They will not review your assessment for 2 weeks after many calls and mails it will be negative feedback.
