After a few days of applying, 2 assessments were sent. One is an IQ-like test with different and unfamiliar formats and a really really short time to solve. Another an e-commerce knowledge. My link was expired and I asked for a new one but never got an answer. After a few days, I was invited to a 30-minute introduction call. It wasn't addressed that the call is going to be with the hiring manager herself. The talk was alright. I got some useful information about the job that wasn't indicated in the job post. The interviewer just briefly asked about me and my experiences and also what can bring to the team? I had a connection issue on the last minutes of the session and couldn't hear the conclusion of the session about the rest of the process. I emailed them about this issue and never got a response.
