Interview
Three rounds: HR, Written test and OPS. HR round was unnecessary brain eating. Test was Unnecessarily LOGICAL. When the company is is run by fools and ILLOGICAL people! They are so BRILLIANT that they do not even have separate washrooms for boys and girls! So, if you want to smell sth disgusting, carry some germs at home. Go freely.

HR Round- Past work experience, salary negotiation, job requirements and shifts etc.
Test- Logical test ( which no BPO takes), essay writing and email writing. You may read all adult Puzzles online.
