The process they used was really good, I had to first fill out an online application asking about why I wanted the role and why I would be a good fit for the role. I then received an email to ask to attend an interview and chose my own time for the interview. Before the interview I was emailed a link to do an online personality test with 200 questions to complete. The interview itself was a really good experience, I was made to feel welcome. I had an interview with three people relevant to the role and then had an informal interview with two people from the team. In the first interview I was asked 7 or 8 questions each relating to the role and getting to know what I am like and what my personality is like
