Screening: happened with a recruiter who basically asked me about my professional experiences. Why I wanted to join the company. What is my salary expectation, etc. Technical Interview: Interviewers interrupt you all the time, the environment is hostile. They don't let you develop (or even think appropriately) the problem. They discard you immediately if you don't do it exactly the way they want. And this is very wrong because in programming you can approach, describe and implement the same problem in several ways. I don't remember being so disrespected by a person in so many years of my career.
