ValueLabs Senior Software Development Engineer interview questions

ValueLabs is the most unprofessional company ever. I think at this point, I have interviewed 3 times for this company, but every time it is the same thing. They will schedule a 30-minute video call. A person will show up who will have significantly less knowledge about your skills. He/She will just read out some questions to you and will expect your answer to match exactly with what is written in his/her question sheet. And even if your interview goes good, then blank. Literary no communication from the TA person. I have given an interview 3 times for this company, and it's the same thing every time.
