The Interview was done through a web meeting. The interview asked basic behavioral questions regarding work with clients and how to cater to their needs. The Interview was a 1 on 1 with the manager. Interview was very job oriented so make sure that one knows what the job entails.

First, an online job tryout, then an HR phone interview that is slightly about your history and mainly learning about the position. Finally, a 45 min interview with a team lead that is very behavioral.
