Interview was simple, had it with two people. Not just and interview but they got to know me as a person as well. We sat down in a conference room and they explained who they were as well as the job salary and requirements.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vanguard in Apr 2017
Interview
Interview went as if they were ready to hire on the spot. Questions were very easy, and the interviewer was nurturing if you went off tangent. Basically wanted to make sure you got the job assuming you were qualified and not arrogant.

Name one time when you had to teach a coworker or classmate how to do something?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard (Malvern, PA) in Aug 2014
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter at Randstad for an interview. There was no preliminary phone interview, and when I went in for my in-person I learned that this was the first and final interview. This was relieving yet a bit nerve wracking. Make sure to have well-thought out reasons of what interests you about Vanguard and what the company does. Two behavioral questions; one customer service related and the other how you handle obstacles and overcome them. There was also a case study. During the interview, my interviewer said I would be a "perfect fit" for the company. Companies want to make sure your personality would mesh well with other employees. I am a friendly, upbeat person who tried to be as professional as possible and this must have really worked for my benefit. Overall an easy and pleasant interview experience. Offered the position the next day.

Question 1
The case study was about handling a client's requests and there was a lot of information to digest. As long as you can think logically and on your feet, you'll be fine.
I received an e-mail regarding the position. I responded and a day later I received a phone interview. It lasted about 30 mins. We talked about my past job experiences and she asked me questions in the STAR format. Afterwards, we setup a face-to-face meeting at the headquarters. The interview process was basically the same in the phone interview. There were a lot of STAR formatted questions. So be prepared for that aspect of the interview.
