Interview
They emailed me around Thanksgiving to have me do a phone interview. After the phone interview they have you come in for a full day of learning about the company, two different interviews, as well as a tour of campus.

Interview
Nothing complicated in the first phone screen interview. Asked what I knew about Vanguard, what services it provides, and reviewed the content on my resume. Everything was fairly simple as long as you know why you want to work there and in that position.

Interview
I submitted my application online and then received an email about scheduling a phone interview. The interview lasted approximately 40 minutes and was largely based upon the STAR method. The interviewer was very friendly and overall I felt it was conducted professionally.

Interview
Very straightforward. One 45 minute phone interview with behavioral questions followed by a Super Day at their office (I interviewed at the office in Malvern, PA). The Super Day was pretty long and lasted from early morning until ~3pm. The day included breakfast, interviews, information sessions, tour, lunch, roundtable discussion, and a wrap-up session.
