Interview
It was a full-day interview process with two behavioral interviews and a case interview. They then had presentations and a roundtable with other candidates that they watch. Before reaching this interview they have a short initial behavioral interview.

Interview
It was round 1 and a one on one with all behavioral questions. So they asked about why vanguard? and when I failed? It was pretty chill. She helped with the interview process and gave pointers.
