Candid interview. Very conversational and friendly. Basic UX questions and a lot of culture fit / growth oriented. Had 3 rounds- one with recruiter, one with two design managers and one with journey owner.
Vanguard has too many rounds. But all interviewers are very friendly. It’s more behavioral than technical. I feel Vanguard focuses more on cultural fit than how much you already know
