The process was very fast and efficient it took 2 weeks. You receive a job assessment vie email which asks you personality type questions and has you complete job related scenarios. I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter then a video interview with 2 hiring managers. They ask STAR based questions so be sure to provide detail in your answers. Overall, it was a positive experience. I enjoyed how the process was straightforward & simple. The position allows you to work hybrid - Base pay is$48,750/ Yearly plus eligible bonus pay

First, an online job tryout, then an HR phone interview that is slightly about your history and mainly learning about the position. Finally, a 45 min interview with a team lead that is very behavioral.
