I applied online. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Paramus, NJ) in Jul 2026
Interview
I found the interview requesting link on an Instagram story made by a friend of mine who worked their way up to a position to hire others, and interviewed on a video call through a Vector Marketing website domain. After an initial information section led by a different area's branch manager, my friend interviewed me one on one after some wait time in the waiting room. We went over some easy questions such as why do you think you would succeed in this job and what would having this job mean to you?
An initial phone interview, followed by an in office interview at the local compnay office. A paper application is completed on arrival. Then a brief interview to go over application and resume. Then advance to 2nd interview where the products are demonstrated. The sales opportunities and earning potentials are throughly discussed. Many opportunities to ask questions about the company.
After the product demonstrations you complete a questionare about the demonstration. Then there is a 2nd 1-0n-1 interview. The branch manager reviews your questionnaire and asks you further questions. There is another opportunity for you to ask questions.
I was offered the position.
I was invited to the training camp.
