I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Columbus, OH) in Jun 2012
Interview
The interview is long and given in three parts. First part is a pre-screening, if they pre-screen you out, you will not be called back. Second part is a group interview to evaluate how you interact with people in a group-like setting. If you stay for the second part, you are most likely going to be offered a position. Third part, they call each person back one by one and decide if they will hire you or not.
