It was a 3 step process. It started with an initial pre-screening then a group interview. After the group interview in was wrapped up by a post interview where the final decision was given.

Tell us about certain leadership experiences you have had.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
