Very simple, its obvious that they will hire just about anyone. A basic set of interview questions that anyone with common sense can answer correct. Mostly younger employees and most candidates that apply are young as well. They say they offer a flexible schedule but in all actuality if your not working you ass off, your not getting paid.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.

There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
