Interview
The interview is incredibly straight forward and unchanged over the last several years. You have a private meeting with the hiring manager, then a group presentation with all the other candidates, and then another private meeting with the hiring manager. In the last meeting they will let you know if you are offered the position or not, and schedule you for training and the next step.

Name a time where you reached a goal you set out for.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
