I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2013
Interview
It is all a joke. They hire everyone that is remotely qualified. They try to make it seem selective but I saw a bunch of clowns make it through with my group and I started to sense what was going on. They want you to sell your family on buying some knives before you quit. Most people leave within a month. Not to saw anything bad about the product, because they have good knives and stand behind them with a forever guarantee. If you want a job and do not want a regular working schedule then go for it.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vector Marketing in Jul 2025
Interview
It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.

Interview
There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
