They gave subject based MCQ's .The students who passed the test was taken for a teaching demo. They let us choose the teaching topic and we should give a 10 minutes class on the topic. The selected students were taken for the HR round for salary discussions.

One on one interview asking about your experience. Followed by HR round asking about other details and taken all the original documents on selection. Made the process simple and transparent.
