Super fragmented interview process. Weeks passed between rounds before I ever heard status updates. Follow ups went ignored, questions went unanswered. They took 7 weeks for 3 interviews -- 1 of the interviews was just an additional interview with the 1st person I spoke to, which seems extremely redundant because I got asked the same questions again - maybe just do a better job listening? Despite multiple follow-ups, I was ignored, and they only got back to me because I nudged someone else on the firm who was not involved in the process to check with them.
