The 1st stage is the IQ & EQ test. If the score of the test is more than 60%, then will proceed to the 2nd stage which is the presentation session. The session requires to prepare slides about yourself to be presented in front of the hiring managers and other candidates. Then, only the selected will proceed to be interviewed individually by the hiring managers/engineers.
Overall the interview session going well with some technical question related to electronic manufacturing, The interview session is around 45 minutes. Good for fresh grad.Venture is electronic manufacturing services located in Johor Bahru.
