I interviewed at Verdura (New York, NY) in Jun 2019
Interview
Enjoyable and conversational. A multi step interview process in which you speak directly with the president of the company, director of operations, and potential colleagues. Since it is a small company it is really a good chance to see and feel if it is a good for it you and vice versa.

I applied online. I interviewed at Verdura (New York, NY) in Jun 2017
Interview
I received a call pretty quickly and set up an interview for a few days later. I met with two people separately. I think the first person liked me (or I probably wouldn't have met with the second person) and my resume. The second guy made a few condescending remarks so I knew I wouldn't go any further in the interview process. I brushed off the remarks - maybe it is just how the guy is.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Verdura (New York, NY) in May 2012
Interview
The interview process was brief. They were cordial and very formal as it is a high-end jeweler. I had gotten an interview based on an employee reference I had at Elle Magazine. Since it is a small, in-house company, I was interviewed by Chief Operating Officer: Colleen Caslin. She was gracious and polite and gave me a tour of the showroom and facility. I was also interviewed by two current receptionists who were there. It was a very formal atmosphere and although glamorous, they did not pay their front-of-house very well. This was disappointing. However, since I was only 22 at the time, they wished to pursue a 3d interview with someone who was a little bit older than I was. Overall, an ok experience.
