Question 1
How would you describe what service design is in simple terms?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Veriteer (London, England) in Apr 2021
Interview
Two initial interviews before a candidate is invited to the final stage. It's half a day of interviews which is divided into three parts. 1. Rapid fire questions with two people 2) Answering a brief which they would had sent a week before. The interview prep is very demanding and the brief is for an existing client (they change the name) and expect you to prepare a presentation. 3) The final round is the worst part. They put you in the same room with candidates who are interviewing for the same job and they give the group a brief and they watch how you work together.

Question 1
Rapid Fire: Favourite brand/company/experience? Least favourite brand/company/experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Veriteer (London, England) in Sept 2021
Interview
This is up there with one of the worst interview experiences that I've ever had. I was interviewed by a Project Manager and Business Designer.
The Project Manager who came across quite rude as he seemed to be more bothered about messaging or emailing people during the interview. Also, they were not very organised as they kept on asking each other if they had anymore questions to ask me.
I was pretty baffled by the feedback they provided as it didn't make sense, good thing they didn't want to go ahead with me as I wouldn't have wanted proceed any further.
