Job interview had only one stage and was conducted by boss. It took something like 1.5h and was in good atmosphere. It consisted of logic thinking questions, tricky c excercies and short conversation in English.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Verocel (Westford, MA) in Aug 2012
Interview
Spoke directly with CEO. A brilliant expert in DO178b. Few others were qualified to interview a hardware oriented candidate. He asked me if I could show some simulation results within a week, given an avionic communications FPGA design in Verilog.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They gave me a couple of days to show that I could set up a simulation environment from scratch and get the 3rd party DUT to run a clock and see some output.
