Interview
First had a call with Acquisition Manager. Then had to do a Personality test before a personal interview. That was followed with a couple of other personal interviews and some negotiation calls with HR Manager. And it went on for a good few months.
Swift process, with a lot of communication throughout the process.
Following Initial interaction, there is a requirement for aptitude tests, and an initial technical screening. Following successful negotiation of these steps, a further in depth face to face technical examination and HR meeting were involved. Offer was made soon after
