It was a month long interview process, with multiple rounds of interviews, and asked to create a presentation powerpoint to present to stakeholders (CEO) - about process improvements, etc. They were not hard interviews but the final interview with the CEO was odd, and specific about looking for someone that is passionate about a startup, willikng to work overtime, also understanding that pay is low.
