Entrenien avec une personne qui laise rentrer son enfant au milieu des questions. Aucun respect. L'impression générale est de peu professionnalisme de la personne que j'avais en face et un peu d'arrogance. Ceci a été confirmé après quand je n'ai reçu aucun feedback de mon entretien même si une réponse avait été promis dans 1 semaine. Je pense que la façon dont personne s'est comporte représente comme l'entreprise traite ses salariés car il s'agissait d'un manager.

Process was good but very lengthy. Applied beginning of November, heard back the next day. First interview was scheduled which was then cancelled 10 minutes before. I proactively rescheduled it. First interview with HR, then hiring manager, then a case study and then final interview with Chief Operations Officer. All interviews went really well only good very good feedback. However, deadlines were not met (they would say they would get back to me on a certain day, then would not). In the end, they told me I could expect an offer on Friday, then on Friday I got a call at 6pm that someone internally applied and they had to go through with that. I was understanding and waited, to then hear then position went to the internal candidate (who applied just few days prior). Very poor follow up, although the decision was made to promote internal mobility within the company.
