The lady who interviewed me was really polite and had a positive vibe from her. She asked me some basic questions like what I was interested in and my previous work experience and she offered me the temp position when I told her my ACT score.

I started with the online application, which was followed by an email with numerous online tests to complete, then the call for the first face to face interview with a member of HR, then a call to schedule the second interview with a head of the department. That whole process was quite fast, but it was about three to four weeks, with once weekly follow up calls/voicemail being left for the HR rep before I finally heard back. It was on my fourth call that I finally reached her and she informed me I had the position. Without the followup on my part I'm not sure how long it would have taken to get the offer or if it would have come at all.
