Applied on company website, a couple days later got a call to interview. Interview was conducted online via Microsoft teams. Interview itself was straight forward asking basic networking questions and how I would deal with customers.

Good, basic questions about network terminologies and VLANs, Router, Radio technologies, Wireless, Radios, HSRP, routing, switching, and you have to be well versed in your networking fundamentals especially routing and switching. You will learn the rest on the job
