One interview, fairly simple and straight forward. I brought a notebook with me - it was in person at the time. They asked about having difficult conversations with distressed clients.

Zoom, panel-style interview where 3 people took turns asking a question. Everyone was polite and it was not overbearing despite having that many interviewers. It was interesting to have a mix of people interviewing, some who would oversee you if you were successful and some from other teams
