Several discussions with Regional VP and other lead sales people, mostly behavioral in nature. Overall discussions lasted about 45 minutes to 1 hour in nature. Seemed to be sporadic at times.

Very well structured. Spoke to several different people in charge of each department. Many people asked why I was qualified but were generally excited to make me a part of the team.
