Interview Process
Our recruitment process consists of three (3) rounds as outlined below:
Round 1: Assessment Round
Candidates will complete a technical or aptitude-based assessment.
The assessment may include coding tests, problem-solving questions, or role-specific practical tasks.
This round is designed to evaluate foundational knowledge and practical skills.
Round 2: Technical Interview – Level 1
Conducted by a technical team member.
Focuses on:
Core technical knowledge
Practical experience
Problem-solving ability
Understanding of tools and technologies relevant to the role
Candidates may be asked to explain past projects or solve real-time scenarios.
Round 3: Technical Interview – Level 2 / Final Technical Round
Conducted by a senior technical lead or hiring manager.
Evaluates:
In-depth technical expertise
System design and architecture understanding
Approach to debugging and optimization
Communication and team collaboration skills
Final decision on technical fitment will be made after this round.

They Ask coding questions that are like tricky. Mostly asks coding questions on Arrays only. Sometimes, They accept you to use inbuilt functions. Sometimes, Ask you to solve without them. But, If you want to crack you need to be thorough with coding.
