Basic questions asked. Nothing challenging or unusual. Quick and easy. Training was easy too if you are a quick learner. Good entry level job for students. Do not forget that there is cleaning involved, it is not just sitting around on poolside. Tidying gym floor.

Standard questions, such as why us? have you ever been in a dangerous situation, what did you do?
After the swimming exam, came the oral interview where fairly correct and understandable questions were asked. It was an interview without stress, rather relaxing. They asked me about my qualifications and skills and we finally discussed on my former career.
Colloquio di un'ora e mezza. Presentazione di te stesso, quesiti problem solving o situazione che potrebbero vericarsi realmente. Abbastanza accomodante, mettono a proprio agio. L'importante essere sinceri. Abbastanza tranquilli, ma comunque attenti.

Straight forward includes a pool test where you need to swim 25m In 60seconds includes an interview with the standard question's. Will ask about flexibility to the hours and preferences on shifts
