Group interview, not very enjoyable, only the loudest people got a chance to speak. Did not feel as though I displayed any of my full potential. Left feeling demoralised and sad

Group interview, interviewer did not bother to learn individual names. Not everyone got a chance to talk as naturally some people take charge more than others. Interview itself was easy providing you’ve worked in the leisure industry long enough to understand the day to day and the sales side of things.
