Interview
The interview process was highly organized and each interviewer was well prepared. The technological aspect was on point. The questions were on point for the role in which I was applying. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and I left each interview feeling positive.

One question I was asked is what my favorite and least favorite part about sales is.
the interview was entirely online, and I spoke with multiple technical personnel that I was to be working directly with, and also the director of the division. They were friendly, asked relevant questions, and were even helpful in giving partial answers to help me understand what Arcane detail they were getting to. It was a highly technical review, not so much into a psychology of workplace. That looks very much into the details of the day-to-day job, I got no indication of bias, which has a protected class I could have seen.

Interview
In November of 2018 I was contacted via LinkedIn by the hiring manager for the RCM department and requested to apply for the position. I had an interview in November of 2018, but then was informed that the hiring manager wanted to get her training program ready before hiring anyone and that she would contact me when she was ready to begin interviewing again. She contacted me again in May of 2019 and asked me to resubmit my resume. I had a phone interview, a Skype interview, and then received an email that I was a top candidate and my professional references were requested. I supplied them with the information requested and then neither my references nor I ever heard from VisionWeb. I have tried to contact the hiring manager for the specific department and have never received a response. I am truly disappointed that this happened with this company. This was a remote billing opportunity and I was excited to join the company. I would like to know what happened if for no other reason than to improve my interview abilities for my next opportunity.
