AN initial interview with HR; then a home assignment, and then interview with 2 managers / senior quants team members to discuss the assignment. Overall good experience. Applied to energy analyst role, but then when i asked them in my interview, why would the hire me as i not from energy background but computer science background. THey said they liked my profile and forwarded to quants team and they took it from there. I only got change to visit office just twice in a year becuase of covid lockdown.
