Interview
Following a very long written exam, I had an interview with two other analysts who are already working in the office that I applied for. They were very nice and friendly, and the interview included some situational questions as well as some introduction outside of my CV. Though when I was answering questions, one of them kept moving around the office, I guess there was a problem with the connection or something, I felt a bit discouraged in the end as i felt like i was not listened very well.

Thoughtful process where you have the possibility to learn more about the company, the virtues, the purpose as well as yourself, your own strengths, weaknesses and development areas. Very enlightening

The application was not meant to be a classical CV but rather a kind of self-portrait including a focus on the biggest shortcomings - to deviate from all the polished CVs out there and to focus on the person rather than the professional as is classically the case in recruitment.
