I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Voyc (Netherlands) (London, England)
Interview
The first stage felt like a screening process with the recruiter. Communication was poor, pre-set questions without leaving room for much nuance. The recruiter seemed really disorganised.
A two week gap ensued without any communication, positive or negative. After chasing, a 2nd interview was arranged. No prep provided, I had to chase it. No real agenda which is fine, as experience should carry you through regardless. There were red flags, curiosity got the better of me to see what lay ahead.
The 2nd stage was an interview with the co-founders. A weird experience. Firstly, they were both late by around 15 minutes without explanation. One of the co-founders sat slouched throughout, in a hoody, seemingly disinterested with the whole thing from the minute he joined like I have inconvenienced his day.
The questions didn’t allow room for elaboration on complicated subjects/processes. They felt a little “gotcha”, which isn’t really necessary for the role type. There was a lack of curiosity as to what has driven success.
No surprise, but again zero follow up afterwards. Attrition issues were mentioned as a problem internally (customers), if communication/professionalism is anything like the interview process, I can understand why.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Voyc (Netherlands) (Amsterdam) in Nov 2023
Interview
The process had five stages. First was an initial screening call with the recruiter. Then a second interview over Zoom with the hiring team. After that I completed a business case/role-play. Next was a panel-style interview to present my approach, and finally the last interview before the offer decision

Walk me through a deal you closed end-to-end — how you sourced it, managed stakeholders, built the business case, handled objections, and got it over the line.”
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Voyc (Netherlands) (Cape Town) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process is clear, transparent, and well-structured. Before progressing to a face-to-face interview, you’ll be required to complete a series of GoGorilla assessments to better understand your skills and fit.
