Vsynergize UI Developer interview questions

The interview process at VSynergize Outsourcing is so lame!! I had a reference at VSynergize Outsourcing so they called me and set the interview date. I went there for interview; it was almost 1 hr. delayed. Then they interviewed me for almost 30 min. The questions were okay for a UI developer position. I almost answered everything. After the interview the HR told me that, she will let me know. 1 week later I got call from VSynergize Outsourcing regarding 2nd round, so I was ready for that. 2nd round was technical as "they call it". It was same set of questions as of 1st round. So result was same for me. Then they again told me that "Will let you know!". Again 1 week later, I get a call from VSynergize Outsourcing stating that I am shortlisted for the position of UI Developer. They asked me to come at VSynergize Outsourcing office and have a final discussion with HR. Which did not happen instead of discussion I ended up giving another interview with same set of questions but to a different person. The person was a PHP developer I can say. "A PHP developer interviewing an UI Developer" the sentence itself says everything. The interview started with some basics like what are HTML selectors and things like that. After 2-3 questions I realized that the person is PHP developer. She had no knowledge about UI Design & Development. Just that they had no one who can interview a UI Developer so she took it. After interview HR told me that, sorry "your skills are not impressive". I mean seriously? it took almost a month to scale my skills. I advise VSynergize Outsourcing to get someone with knowledge about the position which they are offering and then take an interview. This was the stupidest interview I ever had!! Cheerzzz!
