I only had one zoom interview, but was informed it may be the first of 3, which felt like a lot for a job that was only paying ~$30k.
The conversation I had with the interviewer was perfectly pleasant, we got on well I thought. The questions were quite prescribed and interview-y ("talk about a time you settled a dispute" etc) which felt like it wasn't the best use of time. I'm not sure what they learned about me. But after the interview there was no follow up, not even to say I hadn't made it through, which I thought wasn't nice. Fair enough not responding to an application, but if I've spoken to you face to (digital) face, I think you owe me an email to say that I wasn't successful.
Also, the interview was over zoom, but Glassdoor's stupid dropdown thing doesn't allow that as an option, because no interview has ever not been in person.
