Did a online numerical and logical test which was far harder than anything I had done before. I thought I hadn't done enough but got a call asking if I wanted to go for an interview. 1st round was a relatively informal interview in that no "set" interview questions asked, more like a chat. 2nd round was a presentation followed by further interview. Got asked what I knew about reinsurance which I had done a fair bit of reading on so went quite smoothly.
