Interview
Arranged by email with two different people. Eventually done via telephone as their video conference software wasn't working. Interviewed by intern and co-founder. Interview was 3 times as long as stated and far more in depth then I was notified it would be. I feel they decided to shorten the number of interview steps which is fine so long as the interviewee is informed prior to the interview. French stated as necessary to work with colleagues despite position stating French not required.
