Heard about the job through a 3rd Party called Jobspring (Highly Recommend getting into contact with them if you are looking for quality positions). They set me up with an interview with the manager who I met with shortly after. After meeting him I was called in to meet the directors who were extremely nice and professional people. They gave me an offer a day later. Everything was very transparent and the directors there are great at giving advice on certifications and how to reach your goals within the company.
