Will tour you around their office, introduce you to CEO, say they're looking to hire urgently... and then ghost you. It's so unprofessional, I even followed-up and got absolutely no response when I took time out of my day to visit in person.
First a 30 minute virtual interview with CEO and Executive Assistant, then interview in-person to follow, not sure how long that lasts. CEO was very easy to talk to and personable.

How do you manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously?
Disorganized interview process which usually speaks to the environment you'll be joining. Also ghosted me after the interview which was all over the place and not very informative. Everyone seemed nice enough though
