Super Simple and easy. Just be somewhat professional-ish. They would hire anyone as long as they feel you will show up. They do put you through an onboarding that is super transparently propaganda to hate unions. The video even played dark, ominous music during this segment. The pay offer is as terrible as you think it would be.
it was okay. not too long. normal interview question. applied online. got a call. in person interview. waited 2 days then got an offer and waited i bit longer to start the orientation as they are getting more people.
Very chill and laidback. I did not have a a problem answering any questions that were asked by the hiring manager. I would do it again if I was offered another interview by the company.
